Description

A modern townhouse needs not only architectural elegance but also the breath of nature. For this project, Caydecor Landscape & Garden provided a comprehensive green solution for all three floors of the house, harmoniously combining ornamental plants and fruit trees according to the homeowner's preferences.

The Caydecor team has personalized the design for each area to fully meet the client's wishes:

– Ground floor – Highlighted by a money tree: Right at the entrance and transition area, a gracefully curved white polished stone basin is adorned with a large money tree. This not only provides high aesthetic value but also has feng shui significance: bringing wealth and prosperity to the homeowner.

– Rooftop – Fruit garden corner: We chose a cherry tree as the centerpiece for the rooftop planter area. The middle level will be covered with monstera and philodendron. Dense foliage plants and shrubs such as ferns and cypress will be selected for the lower levels. A row of chrysanthemums will be planted along the front edge of the planter, adding greenery to the front of the house.

– First-floor balcony – Arrangement with yellow lemon trees (customer's request): The planter on the first floor is 1 meter high, and combined with the characteristic long trunk of the lemon tree, the area at eye level will be very empty. Caydecor chose to combine medium-sized plants to cover the trunk of the lemon tree.
